Plaintiff, Regina M. Ibanez has submitted several letters to Disease Investigation & Surveillance/ Bureau of Infections Diseases & The Columbus Health Department regarding HIV, Hepatitis Child Rapist & Attempted Murders: namely Nathaniel Wilford Smith Junior, Mary E. Madison, Robert J. Story, Hattie Hutchins, Bonnie Sessley, Robert Sessley, Charles D. Blunt, Edward Blunt, Jamie Blunt, Ricky Blunt, Kimberly E. Parker Holliman, and Brittany Holliman, now being taken to Juvenile Court Room; and we need their test results to prove rape & attempted murder: and they have been having sex with prostitutes throughout the Columbus, Ohio area, and we need those prostitutes off the streets.
